Deposit and Payment Plans
⦁ Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot.
⦁ Payment Plan: Remaining balance can be paid in equal installments. All payments must be completed 30 days before the retreat start date.
⦁ Pay in Full: Enjoy a slight discount if you choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

What's Included :
- Luxurious Accommodation: 4-night, 5-day stay in your choice of a one-bedroom or two-bedroom cottage, Cowdray Suite, or Deluxe Verandah Suite.
- Gourmet Dining: All meals and beverages, including a special Thanksgiving feast on the beach, with options to cater to various dietary needs.
- Exclusive Activities: Access to all curated retreat activities such as the Family Vision Session, Waterfall Adventure at Dunn’s River Falls, and a Jamaican Cooking Class.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that our retreat can proceed smoothly for all participants:
- 60+ Days Before Retreat: Full refund available.
- 30-59 Days Before Retreat: 50% refund available.
- Less than 30 Days Before Retreat: No refunds available.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at candace@vbwventures.com to process your request.

Travel Information
⦁ Airport: Fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
⦁ Transportation: Complimentary roundtrip transportation from the airport is included in your registration.
⦁ Flight Recommendations: Arrive by 3 PM on November 24th and depart after 12 PM on November 29th to ensure you don’t miss any part of the retreat.
⦁ Packing Tips: Don’t forget any personal toiletries or medications you may need. We recommend packing light, comfortable clothing for warm weather, swimwear, a light jacket for cooler evenings, sunscreen, and water shoes for the waterfall adventure.
